New import web services were made available with update 21 that are optimized for performance. The benefits are improved availability of the Workday application for other users and systems, and reduced time and effort to monitor and troubleshoot the spreadsheet load.

The Import web services highlight a 2-tab spreadsheet template format and template model support. The integration event is enhanced with drillable errors providing access to view detailed data and exceptions.

Included in these optimized new import web services are:

·       Import Accounting Journal

·       Import Supplier Invoice

·       Import Customer Invoice

Although it is strongly recommended to adopt the Import Web Services when available, current limitations are that there is no support for the following options:

        ·       Validate Only Mode 

·       Load Error Limit 

·       Write Errors To Spreadsheet 

·       Spreadsheet Generation with Data 

·       HTML Error Report
