When you create the inbound EIB, select the External File, rather than select a template to pick up the file from sFTP server. The External File Data Source will need to be created.

Generally, the XML file will need to be transformed.  You may select to attach a custom XSL document.

Finally, specify the Web Service that is invoked to update Workday.
